Austin forecasts are looking warmer and sunnier and you know what that means – it’s time to kick back with a margarita on a patio. Here’s some of our favorite restaurants and bars with great patios to enjoy:

🛥️ Ski Shores Cafe, 2905 Pearce Road

Out of the way and far from downtown, Ski Shores Cafe is one of Austin’s best spots, period. Nearly the whole restaurant is a patio and it’s on the water. Food offerings include fried shrimp, lobster rolls, nachos, and hot dogs. It’s the perfect place for a warm Austin day.

🍺 Little Darlin’, 6507 Circle S Road

Little Darlin’ is perfect for when you’ve got a big group. The bar/restaurant’s yard is big with lots of seating and the food is great, too!

🍹 El Alma, 1025 Barton Springs Road

El Alma’s rooftop patio is so cute and nice! And, the restaurant’s location near Zilker Park means the patio gives you nice views of Austin. You should absolutely spend a sunny day here with a mangorita margarita and some shrimp tacos.

🌵 Holiday, 5020 E. 7th St.

You know you’ve been looking for a frozen Mexican martini in a cactus glass! Holiday has that and a great patio! It’s got umbrellas, misters, and lots of seating.

☕ Better Half Coffee & Cocktails, 406 Walsh St.

Not sure if you’re in the right place? Just look for the pink picnic tables. Better Half Coffee & Cocktails has a big ol’ patio to enjoy cauliflower tots and, during happy hour, $6 cheeseburgers.

👙 Kitty Cohen’s, 2211 Webberville Road

Lounging around the patio at Kitty Cohen’s is one of our favorite pastimes. The patio famously has a tiny pool in its center and umbrellas for days. Make sure you visit on a day the bar has a food pop-up! That way you never have to leave because you’re hungry.

🍷 Rosie's Wine Bar, 1130 W. 6th St.

This spot is a little more intimate but still great! Rosie’s Wine Bar will make you feel like you’re not in Austin in the best way. Grab a snack and a glass of lambrusco and you’ve got a great afternoon!
